雅思寫作真題范文:公司是否應該給員工超四周的年假

2023年2月25日的考題重復2019年5月18日和3月2日大陸區題目,完全一樣,也是2014年5月15日的原題重現。關于工作類的,題目不難,可以寫成2/8開結構,就是先寫主體段的兩個理由,然后再半段讓步,半段轉折否定,這種結構寫好的話肯定是傾向類觀點中的最佳結構,大家好好研究下。范文如下:
Employers should give their staff at least 4 weeks holidays that can help people do better in their job. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
In this day and age(目前=in contemporary society), many adults are occupied with(忙于)their full-time jobs and ignore the other parts of life. Under this circumstance, an absolute consensus can hardly be reached whether it is a blessing or a curse for employers to provide employees with at least four-week holidays.For my part, I side with the former to a larger extent
It is self-evident that(不言自明) offering staffs a longer holiday can benefit employees and employers immensely(受益匪淺). To be specific, this policy does a great job in(有助于) relieving employees’ stress from work, and then achieving a rational balance(實現理性平衡) between work and life. It is universally acknowledged that(眾所周知)competition is getting increasingly fierce in workplace and many people have no alternative but to(不得不=are forced to) focus on their work, thus remaining little time for the other parts of life, such as participating in leisure activities or keeping their family members company. However, such a policy would enable workers to have a break from their busy schedule, lightening up their mood and refreshing their spirit. As a result, employees will throw themselves into(全身心投入) new challenges with greater enthusiasm andinitiative(積極性) after adequate relaxation, which will undoubtedly contribute to the further development of a company and bring enormous boons(巨大的好處) to their employers.
這段可以寫兩個理由,如果段與段之間的字數差不多,可以分成兩段,如果字數不均勻,也可以寫在一段內。我這里寫了一個理由,所以就寫成一段了。
It has to be admitted that an extended holiday may impose negative impacts onthe company’s operation on the grounds that employees have togive over charge of their tasks to successors(移交工作職責給繼任者) before taking a holiday, who may be incompetent(無能力的). However, employers could assign tasks to the right person and supervise the process of the work to avoid unnecessary mistakes. Hence, the adverse influences of a long vacation can be diminished to the least extent(減到最低).(2/8開的文章一定要轉回來,這個非常重要)
In light of the analysis mentioned above, I am convinced that employers ought to provide their workers with longer holidays, four weeks at least. Although there might be some baneful effects(負面影響), the merits of this policy are beyond question(毫無疑問).
